These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kingshot Farmbot and the services provided by Mobilebots (“we”, “us”, “our”), including any subscription plans, features, content, and software (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing the website or purchasing/using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Account

You must be at least [18] years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2) Service Description (Digital Access Only)

The Service provides access to digital content and/or software features online.
No physical goods are shipped.

We may update, improve, or modify the Service over time (including adding, removing, or changing features) to maintain quality, security, and performance.

3) Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal

Some parts of the Service are offered on a subscription basis.

  • Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  • Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method at each renewal.

4) No Refunds

Because the Service provides immediate access to digital features/content, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods, unused time, accidental purchases, or non-use of the Service.

5) Right of Withdrawal / Cooling-Off (Where Applicable)

If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period (such as the UK/EU), you acknowledge that by purchasing and/or activating access to the Service, you request immediate performance of the digital service and understand that you may lose your right to withdraw once the service has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful purposes,

  • attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass protections (except where permitted by law),

  • interfere with security, integrity, or performance of the Service,

  • scrape, copy, or redistribute content/features without permission,

  • use the Service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.

7) Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by MobileBots or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes during an active subscription, subject to these Terms.

8) Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific results will be achieved.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileBots will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the [1] month preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount allowed by law, if higher).

11) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of , without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
