Subscription Cancellation Policy (Software Subscription)

Some products and services on our store may be offered as a subscription. This Subscription Cancellation Policy explains how to change or cancel this type of purchase.

1) Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you receive ongoing access to our software (and/or related features) for the duration of the subscription term.
Subscriptions are billed based on the plan and billing frequency you select (e.g., monthly) and, unless stated otherwise, renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

2) Payment & Automatic Renewal

Your payment details are processed securely by our payment provider.
Unless you choose to pay in advance for a longer term, you will be charged at each renewal for the upcoming billing period.

Automatic renewal helps prevent interruption of service. You can disable auto-renew at any time by canceling your subscription as described below.

3) Canceling a Subscription (Stopping Auto-Renewal)

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals.

  • Unless otherwise stated, you will retain access to the software until the end of your current paid billing period.

  • After cancellation, no further charges will be made (except for any outstanding amounts due).

4) Changes to Your Plan, Add-ons, or Payment Method

Depending on what is available in your account, you may be able to:

  • upgrade/downgrade your plan,

  • add or remove add-ons,

  • update your payment method,
    at any time through your customer account or via the links in your order confirmation emails.

Changes may take effect:

  • immediately, or

  • at the next renewal date,
    depending on the change and what is shown to you at the time you make the update.

5) No Refunds (Including Partial Periods)

Our subscriptions provide access to a digital service (software) that is available immediately upon activation.
For this reason, all payments are non-refundable, including when you cancel during an active billing period.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • unused time remaining in a billing period,

  • partial use,

  • non-use of the service.

6) Cooling-Off / Right of Withdrawal (Digital Services)

If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides a cooling-off or withdrawal period (such as the UK/EU), you acknowledge that by purchasing and/or activating access, you request immediate performance of the digital service and understand that you may lose your right to withdraw once the service has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7) How to Cancel / Contact

To cancel or manage your subscription:

  • use your customer account portal, or

  • use the subscription management link included in your order confirmation emails.
