All materials, software, and content on kingshotfarmbot are the exclusive property of kingshotfarmbot or its licensors.

Limited License:

kingshotfarmbot grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.


4. Limitations

Software and Website Updates:

kingshotfarmbot may release updates at any time, with or without notice.

kingshotfarmbot and its suppliers are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of accounts, data, or business interruption resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the software
  • Website or software downtime
  • Any damages, even if reported in advance

No additional time, compensation, or replacement products will be granted under these circumstances.


5. Sales, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

Product Sales:

kingshotfarmbot offers digital software and accounts with specific terms of use.

Price Changes:

Prices may change at any time. Significant pricing changes will be communicated to users.

No Refund Policy:

Products are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods.

Once an order is completed, no refund will be issued.

Responsibility and Compatibility:

kingshotfarmbot is not responsible for:

  • Software incompatibility with your setup
  • Third-party applications (e.g., virtual machines, VPS)
  • Any refunds or exchanges for compatibility issues, except as explicitly stated in the product description

Officially supported systems: Windows 10+ computers.


6. Subscriptions

Automatic Renewal:

All subscriptions renew automatically by default. Unless you cancel before the end of the billing period, you authorize kingshotfarmbot to charge the applicable subscription fee via any stored payment method.

How to Cancel:

You may cancel at any time via:

  • The “My Account” → “My Subscription” → “Cancel” page
  • Emailing support at: support@kingshotfarmbot.com
  • (If purchased through PayPal) canceling the PayPal billing agreement directly

Subscription Agreement:

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that:

  • Billing is recurring
  • You may cancel at any time
  • No refunds are issued after renewal payments
  • You are responsible for managing your subscription
  • Completing checkout confirms your acceptance of these terms

7. Products

By purchasing any downloadable kingshotfarmbot bot:

You confirm that:

  • You have tested the free trial and are satisfied with the software
  • You understand the product cannot be refunded
  • Your subscription continues monthly unless canceled

By purchasing a Bot Server:

You confirm that:

  • Delivery may take over 72 hours
  • Access lasts only for one month or the duration of your subscription
  • Automatic billing continues unless canceled

By purchasing the Bot-For-Me / Farm-For-Me Service:

You confirm that:

  • Delivery may take over 72 hours
  • You must communicate with a kingshotfarmbot team member for configuration
  • The service cannot be refunded after purchase

By purchasing Gmails (Farm Accounts):

You confirm that:

  • These products cannot be returned or refunded
  • Delivery may take over 72 hours

8. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in illegal or prohibited activities when using the Service.

Violations may lead to account termination or legal action.


9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

kingshotfarmbot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.


10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold kingshotfarmbot harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.


11. Modifications to Terms

kingshotfarmbot reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Users will be notified when significant changes are made.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which kingshotfarmbot operates.

kingshotfarmbot is not liable for service failures caused by events beyond its control.
